This was going to be a post about JFM‘s (Just for Me’s, The Opposite of Burnout, p 28), the pleasant little treats we can give ourselves every day to restore and reinvent ourselves like:

a break

bright lipcolor

watching the sun set

rose essential oil

a tiny scone

silky undies

a spa treatment

time outside

a glass of wine

a foot rub

a silly magazine

a cuddle with the kitty …

Yes, and how important it is to schedule them, to unapologetically honor them, and to fully, deeply savor them. That’s with this blog was going to be until I realized that the best, juiciest, most delicious JFM‘s are secret.

So, I can’t tell you about them.
